Napoli Piu claims that Arsenal are interested in signing both Victor Osimhen and Fabian Ruiz during the winter transfer window. However, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis did not agree to the sale.

Arsenal asked to buy both Victor Osimhen and Fabian Ruiz.

According to this report, Napoli will sit at the negotiating table if Arsenal make an offer of 100 million euros (£85 million). With Arsenal having plenty of money, then Osimhen and Ruiz are quite suitable for what the Premier League team is looking for. With Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah both due to expire with the club in June, recruiting a striker is necessary for the Emirates team.

Moreover, Mohamed Elneny is likely to leave Arsenal next summer, and Granit Xhaka’s future is uncertain, so Ruiz can strengthen Arsenal’s midfield.

Also, it’s important to note that neither Osimhen nor Ruiz are over 26 years old. Of course, they completely fit the rejuvenation philosophy of the team. Osimhen is also the person that Professor Arsene Wenger wants to bring back to Arsenal .

It must also be added that Arteta once compared Osimhen and Drogba. He shared: “I’m sure he will become a phenomenon. I had to compare him to Didier Drogba. Osimhen really made me think of him with many similarities. He can do anything. stuff and he’s incredibly strong.”
